Secretary of State, Government Plenipotentiary for Strategic Energy Infrastructure

She is an economist by education and also completed the MBA course. From 2002 to 2007, she worked in the defence industry, where she was responsible for, among other things, international projects, restructuring, consolidation, strategic business projects, international cooperation and supervision of foreign delegations.

Since 2007, she has worked in the energy sector, including as President of the Management Board of Elektrownia "Kozienice" S.A., where she was responsible for the preparation of investments in the construction of a new 1000 MW power unit.

She was involved in the processes related to ensuring the functioning of critical infrastructure in Poland and Europe.

From 2017 to 2019, she was responsible for corporate affairs at the Polish Electricity Association.

She worked as Expert and Plenipotentiary in the Ministry of Maritime Economy and Inland Navigation. She prepared the financing model for large-scale infrastructural investments and opinions in the process of national and EU legislation related to water management, energy, including the development of renewable energy sources.

From 2020 to 2021, she was Director of the Regional Water Management Board in Warsaw.

In 2021, she worked for ORLEN Capital Group companies. She was President of the Management Boards of Baltic Power and ORLEN Neptun, where she was responsible for the development of Polish and foreign offshore wind power projects.

He has many years of experience as a member of Supervisory Boards of state-owned companies.

She is also a member of the Offshore Wind Energy Coordinating Council.

From July 2022 to June 2023, she was Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Climate and Environment. She is the author of legal regulations related to counteracting the effects of the energy crisis caused by the Russian aggression over Ukraine, including solutions in the energy market and the heating sector.

On 2 June 2023, she was appointed as Secretary of State and Government Plenipotentiary for Strategic Energy Infrastructure.
