Jacek Sasin

Minister of State Assets

He was born on November 6, 1969 in Warsaw. He is a graduate of the University of Warsaw. He obtained his master's degree at the Faculty of History, University of Warsaw. He also completed postgraduate studies in public administration management at the University of Entrepreneurship and Management. L. Koźmiński in Warsaw.

He started his professional career at the "Polish-German Reconciliation" Foundation. In the years 1998 - 2004 he worked at the Office for Veterans and Victims of Oppression, managing the Department of Jurisprudence. He was the head of the Civil Registry Office of the Capital City Office. Warsaw, and then deputy mayor of the Śródmieście district of Warsaw. In January 2006, he took over the office of the first deputy voivode, and in February 2007, the voivode of Masovia.

Since December 2007, he cooperated with the late. President Lech Kaczyński - at the beginning, as his advisor. In November 2009, he was appointed Secretary of State and deputy head of the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland. He performed his duties until July 2010. In the same year, in the local elections, he was elected a councilor of the Masovian Voivodeship Assembly.

In the 2011 parliamentary elections, he was elected to the Sejm of the 7th Term. He served as Vice-Chairman of the Local Government and Regional Policy Committee and was a member of the Internal Affairs Committee.

In the next parliamentary elections, which took place in the fall of 2015, he was elected to the Sejm of the 8th term. He served as chairman of the Public Finance Committee, chairman of the permanent Subcommittee for the local government system and was a member of the Territorial Self-Government and Regional Policy Committee.

On January 9, 2018, he was appointed Secretary of State in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister and Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Council of Ministers, and then Secretary of the Council of Ministers.

In the parliamentary elections, he was elected to the Sejm of the 9th term. From November 15, 2019 to June 21, 2023, he held the offices of Vice-President of the Council of Ministers and Minister of State Assets. Since June 21, 2023, he has been the Minister of State Assets.
